SMB PC 3rd Annual SMB technology partner Salary / Compensation Survey – please complete!

Hello there everyone. As you get older – the years fly by faster! So I was startled, surprised, and nonetheless EXCITED that it’s annual salary/compensation survey time again. There are many reasons that this data collection exercises, which results in amazing information valuable to all. Perhaps you are curious to see how you stack up against your peers (don’t be shy – it’s only natural!).

The key point is engage you to complete this survey. The results of this completely confidential survey will be released on an aggregate basis at 1:00pPM EDT on May 1st at the SMB Nation Spring conference in the New York City area. I will also have a write-up on the survey results in the second quarter (2Q2009) issue of SMB Partner Community Magazine (SMB PC).

What is important to understand about this year is:

The survey has been updated and dramatically improved.

There are new questions on blog sites, social networks and groups you use and participate in. This is going way eyond the traditional “age and income” nature of most salary surveys.

We changed the “nature” of some questions are part of our methodology. Whereas in the past, some questions were single answer responses, said questions are now multiple answer responses and that is more appropriate. Trust me – the survey is better than ever.

It’s shorter! We removed some non-sense from this survey to get you in-and-out faster. We think you will appreciate that!

With a huge “thanks in advance” – you can complete my 3rd annual SMB partner salary/compensation survey HERE. Note that we do not have prizes (again) because to enter you into a contest would force you to provide identity information and that would compromise the confidentiality (very important) of this survey.

Perhaps you are now mildly excited about completing the SMB salary survey – so the question is how can we  MOTIVATE you to participate in this important academic exercise. Maybe these other interesting similar surveys will give you the big MO to complete our survey for the benefit ofr the community. 🙂
