As an SMB consultant, you’ve got to convey a sense of an “assured outcome” for your client, that you’ll do whatever it takes to make the solution meet their needs. When a client engages you, they have to know that they’ve hired an assured outcome. This implies a great level of trust (the proverbial trust relationship between SMB consultant and client), but it’s essential you package yourself this way. Every SMB consultant wants to be the assured outcome “go to” guy or gal!
