Good morning! Harry here with his daily book reading – virtual that is! I post up a passage a day for your pleasure. Enjoy….
Always Operate Under NDA
Always think of yourself as operating under a nondisclosure agreement. When you read a war story in this book, it’s only because I’ve received permission to share it with you from my client. It’s incumbent upon you to keep secrets closely held and not be showing your hand at every card table in town. Clients expect your professionalism to include confidentiality. Heck, you’ve likely got the keys to the kingdom with the administrator password for your client sites. You’re probably going to see things like Excel spreadsheets with the owner’s net worth listed and other confidential matters. No owner would appreciate you babbling around town how much he makes, would he?
