Live By Referrals

Something long-time SMB consultants who are consistently profitable know is that you must live by referrals in this business. You can’t make it in the long run if you have to go out and educate each prospect with a lengthy sales cycle. Rather, you need “Class A” clients to be dropped right into your lap. That is part of the SMB consulting foundation. I discuss referrals much more in the Finder section of this book.
