Your specific marketplace
Up to this point in your business plan, you’ve determined why you’re here with your mission statement, set goals, and defined objectives to attain those goals. You know what services you intend to provide and how your SMB consulting practice will be organized. You’ve even cast your eyes toward profitability via growing revenues and cost control in the financial analysis section.
Now it’s time to see if the marketplace agrees with your planning. You will define what your markets are, based on segments and geographic location.
