Simply stated, tactics are how you get there. Once you are armed with objectives, you have to make choices about how to attain those objectives. Those methods you select come from various tactics. In day-to-day SMB consulting life, your tactics may well be your entries in your Outlook 2000 Tasks List. It’s really that clear-cut and simple.
