Business plan food chain explored
Time for the nuts and bolts of business plan content. This section will demystify what a business plan is and is not. It’s a top-down process starting with the “Why are we here?” style questions and ending with specific implementation tasks. As an SMB consultant, you should have some guiding principles that get you up each morning to go serve your clients. It should also be what motivates you to stay up late at night solving technical SBS problems, completing your invoices, and paying your bills. It all begins with the mission statement, where you effectively put words to your guiding principles.
