I wouldn’t want to be my staff right now…

I just received a voicemail from a customer who has been trying to reach my staff over the course of a few calls\messsages. The customer finally called me directly with his concerns and I am glad he did. I wouldn’t want to be my staff right now.

The point is – not returning a customers inquiry is unacceptable at SMB Nation. If you ever do not recieve a response from my staff on any matter, please contact me directly on our Response Point telephone system (see the number on our Web site) and ask for “Harry”

I take customer service seriously as the owner and founder of SMB Nation…sounds like I am really running a small business, eh?

My door is always open….at least my voicemail box via Response Point is!
