D&H DISTRIBUTING’S NEW ENGLAND TECHNOLOGY SHOW TO ATTRACT 800+ VARS, 64 VENDORS
—The Distributor’s Longest Running Trade Show Sheds Light on New Opportunities, From SMB VoIP Solutions to Long-term Service Contracts —
HARRISBURG, PA, July 23, 2008 – D&H Distributing, the major North American computer products and consumer electronics distributor, will host the 18th annual New England Technology Show on August 12, 2008 at the Boston Quincy Marriott Hotel. Eight-hundred reseller attendees are expected to participate in the event, which will feature 64 manufacturers, including Microsoft, Cisco, Intel, HP, Linksys, and Syspine.
D&H welcomes several new vendors to the show this year, including Clear One Communications (professional audio conferencing), Dialogue Technology USA (“Flybook” ultraportable PCs), Corinex (high-speed IP powerlines), and Palit Multimedia (graphics cards). Six education seminars will explore topics such as Microsoft’s new Response Point VoIP solution for SMB, and Syspine’s complementary hardware; software licensing opportunities; remote network management; and more.
To help resellers profit from the thriving SMB server market (especially in an otherwise questionable economy), D&H will be offering a Server Solutions booth at the show, where attendees will receive one-on-one advice from D&H’s Server Specialists on how to assemble and market these solutions. In addition, Bankers Warranty Group will be on hand to help VARs and dealers take advantage of long-term hardware warranty agreements – one of the newer services that D&H has made available to its customers.
